Events for Fiddlers Grove Woodcarvers Members
Granville, TN
April 15 -- Artisan Festival (Phil, Jon, and Rich indicated they would represent the club).
May 6 -- Cornbread and Moonshine Festival
May 27 -- Heritage Day
October 7 -- Fall Celebration
Wilson County/State Fair -- August 17 - 26, Lebanon, TN
Wilson County Bank Oktoberfest -- October 21-22, Lebanon, TN

TBD -- Linda Cutris, animal powercarving class. Cost: TBA
May 19 - 21 -- Floyd Rhadigan, caricature carving class. Cost: $160 plus cost of roughout.
July 14-16 -- Josh Walters, cottonwood bark carving class. Cost: $150 plus cost of the bark.
December 8 - 11- John Engler, medium relief carving class. Cost: $195 for the first three days and $65 for the optional painting day plus the cost of the blank

June 1 - 3 -- Central Indiana Woodcarvers Roundup, Clayton, IN. Cost: $15 for the three day event plus cost of the roughouts.
July 19-22 -- Buckeye Woodcarvers Roundup, Fletcher, OH. Cost: $20 for the four day event plus cost of the roughouts.
October 7-23 -- Geisler Moroder Woodcarving School, Elbigenalp, Austria. Cost: $1056 for the 1-week class plus flight to Munich, transportation to the school, and cost of wood used.
Show & Tell
Joe had two carvings to show at the meeting. First, he displayed a bust he carved out of catawba wood and a second, smaller bust he carved out of basswood.
